An Egyptian family business built through practical experience, responsible development, and a vision carried from one generation to the next.
A Vision That Began in 1986
Eng. Adel Abdelkader Said established the foundation of Al-Ahlam Projects Group through a long-term commitment to agriculture, livestock production, and the development of productive projects.
From this foundation, the Group expanded into sheep breeding, dairy products, modern farming, land development, import and export, knowledge sharing, and retail.
Leadership and Continuity
Eng. Adel Abdelkader Said is the Founder and Chairman. Eng. Kareem Adel Said serves as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, continuing the family journey while leading current development and international cooperation.
The Group combines the founder’s accumulated field experience with a new generation focused on quality, technology, professional partnerships, and sustainable growth.

Practical Training & Applied Research

We welcome educational visits, support applied research and academic theses, and provide field training for students and recent graduates from faculties of agriculture, veterinary medicine and related animal-production disciplines, including cooperation with Ain Shams University and other specialized colleges.
